Kanye's 2009 MTV rant.

In 2009, Kanye West delivered yet another one of his famous rants. This time, he picked the beginning of the music video awards.
Just after the first award, Best Female Video, was presented to Taylor Swift, Kanye jumped up on stage. Kanye grabbed the mic right out of her hands, cutting her off, and proceeded to protest in support of Beyonce.
Kanye says "I'm sorry, but Beyonce had one of the best video's of all time." Everyone stared at him in shock. Even Beyonce was stunned, but Kanye was not supported well and when he got off the stage the crowd aplauded Taylor Swift in support. During the next commercial, Pink walked by Kanye and shook her head in disgust.
What makes people do this kind of thing? What makes it okay tell other people that someone else deserves something more than them? How would this make you feel?
